Her up to date internet savy and photographic skills helped showcase the home. She was quick to update the online info whenever we made an improvement so it would be reflected in the web advertising. She held open houses for other realtors as well as prospective buyers. When we had a contract she was invaluable helping us negotiate the details and work to find a common ground for the sale. I would quickly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a home.

Lisette Turner was a very knowledgeable realtor. She suggested an asking price, what to do to get the house ready to show, suggested where we should advertise it, did 2 open houses (one for Realtors to tell their clients and one for the public to view) and got the house sold after only about 7 or 8 showings. :) She was ALWAYS pretty much a text or a phone call away. Lisette was awesome!! She went above & beyond to help us sell our house. It was difficult for me to coordinate repairs, upgrades for the house because I'm 3 hours away. Everyone that she referred was reasonably priced & did an excellent job. I was very happy with our experience. I would definitely give her 2 thumbs up!!! Would refer her to anyone; she would be my first choice if I had to sell another house. She was also very tolerant of my emotions; there were a lot of ups & downs, I'm sure that it was not an easy sale. She was always patient & encouraged me when the first contract fell through. She stayed with me through it all to get the house sold. I really can't say enough good things about her. She's had a lot of experience & guided me through the procedure, a single complaint!!!!

Lisette was absolutely a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and she walked us through each step transparently and patiently. She was INCREDIBLY responsive, hands on, and in constant communication. Lisette helped answer all of our questions in great detail, even the simple ones that first timers have.
